Listing details for 3145 Coastal Hw #1122, St Augustine, FL 32084 : Great ocean views! Great price! Great layout and features. I have seen and sold many Mariner's Watch condos and this one has always been my favorite because of all of the special touches including: real hardwood floors, wood ceiling in kitchen, solid wood front door w/ anchor knocker, stained glass in the stairwell, custom arches around the kitchen, open wall in the staircase, stained glass for kitchen cabinets with lights! The bathrooms are situated better in this condo than most of the others as well. New carpet & vinyl floors. Large attic as well as a storage closet to store all your fun beach supplies.
