One of the original homes in Summer Haven built in 1958, this home offers 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom with over 1,200 Sq ft if living space. So much character throughout this home and property as soon as you pull up from the lush foliage to the outdoor shower to the open spaces and outside living space, this property offers a lot of happiness. Living area is vaulted with beams and wood ceiling complimented with a gas fireplace and loft. Kitchen has also been updated has Curava countertops that have broken shells and glass accents. You also have slate color appliances with gas range and tiled backsplash. Bathroom has his and her sinks as well as home has a tankless water heater. The properties outside living space is almost my favorite part about the property being 150 ft wide.
