1490 Sheffield Rd Fruit Cove, FL 32259

Listing details for 1490 Sheffield Rd, Fruit Cove, FL 32259 : Saturday has arrived and you are looking forward to a laid-back weekend at home, here in your own piece of country paradise. You are planning a pool party for later, knowing there will be no complaints from the neighbors due to the secluded nature of your almost 2 acre ''estate''. The flagstone-bordered pool and hot tub, ''Tiki-hut''/summer kitchen and screened porch provide the perfect setting for the adults to visit while the kids play football out back. You are in your kitchen, the hub of your home, surveying the preparations taking place before you; the kids are baking cookies at the breakfast bar as Mom wanders in from her suite at the front of the house to fry conch fritters at the cooking island. You utter a sigh of contentment as your whole crew savors the joy of being together. From your central command station, you notice Dad is out cleaning the pool, providing the perfect opportunity for you to take a relaxing soak in your whirlpool tub, just one of the many benefits that sold you on this home you love so much. With the kids' rooms on the other side of the house, they won't be disturbing you, and Dad will most likely spend some time in the office he just completed in the building out back when he's finished with all of his honey-dos. Tomorrow, you'll all gather to watch the Jaguars play while you enjoy the action from the kitchen as you prepare lunch. In the evening the kids will complete their homework in preparation for Monday morning classes in the A-rated schools that drew you to this corner of N.E. Florida. If you can picture yourself as the central characters in this story, schedule a showing before someone else accepts the roles!
