1341 Airport Rd Jacksonville, FL 32218

Listing details for 1341 Airport Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218 : This restaurant offers an unbelievable location on Airport Road in Jacksonville, Florida, just minutes from Jacksonville International Airport and within walking distance to multiple hotels and convenient stores! The restaurant currently is in rough shape from a cleanliness standpoint, but this 5,920 square foot building was built in 2005, is solidly constructed from top to bottom, and seats approximately 250 people. For 15 years the previous restaurant business, Millhouse Steakhouse, was a dining and Happy Hour staple for locals and travelers alike. The closing of the business was not a result of the location, as it was averaging $2.8 million a year in gross revenue, while only being open for dinner! Great opportunity to get in a high volume area at a fantastic price!
