Listing details for 5576 Paul Bett Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32277 : This wonderfully updated jewel was going to be home sweet home for this USN gentleman for the next 4 years until an abrupt promotion changed everything. He fell in love with the pristine hardwood floors that greeted us when I first opened the front door and his smile didn't change a bit when he stepped into the totally updated kitchen. He asked me if new windows and a new roof were common when they also had updated both bathrooms? I said not usually but folks this is what he got a mere year ago and all of this is waiting on you now. The only thing not updated on this home when he purchased it was an older AC so guess what as a parting gift he purchased you a brand spanking new AC system! So forget about having to budget for a this and a that come get you a they done did that already home!
