Listing details for 6154 Sudbury Ave S, Jacksonville, FL 32210 : Calling all DIY'ers and Investors! Have I got a project for you. There are some vintage elements remaining in the house: bathroom has old-fashioned tile, kitchen cabinets, doors and closet shelves are original stain (not painted over), wood floors in front family room, hallway and bedrooms, kitchen counters are white with gold specks. Last owner occupant used to use back room as a hair salon so there is plumbing there for a sink. You will also see signs of some woodwork that became scratching posts for cats. The former carport was enclosed for extra space. This home is a prime candidate for a cosmetic facelift and someone to give the house some TLC.
